Our Boxing sessions are ideal for those looking to lose some weight, tone up, and learn something new. Each session can burn up to 600 Calories and boxing is a whole body workout. Boxing is one of the toughest sports on the planet and the training involved is some of the hardest but most effective around and this is why boxers are such super fit athletes. Each session with us will involve learning technique on the pads, as well as various fitness exercises throughout the session. Have you always wanted to train like a Boxer?   •  30 Minute 1-1 Boxing Sessions - Short but sharp high intensity sessions, ideal for Fat Burning.
  • 1 Hour 1-1 Boxing Sessions - More technical sessions and include a mixture of padwork and circuit training.
